³ We will refund the purchase price (and sales tax if applicable) upon receipt of the returned equipment.  Equipment must be returned pre-paid by the merchant and must be in the same condition and packaging it was in when sent to you.   Costs charged to you for Shipping and Handling of the equipment will not be refunded.
